BBQ Joe’s Vietnam

Pork Shoulder or Pulled Pork Sandwiches

BBQ Joe’s Notes …

  • ½ kg to 1.5 kg pork shoulder, trimmed from the butcher and tied with butcher string.
  • I get my pork from Meat Works in Thao Dien District 2
  • Wash the meat. Pat dry with paper towel.  Moist … then …
  • Put the BBQ Joe’s Rib Rub on generously and bring the meat to room temperature.
  • “Pulled pork” got it’s name … because after slow cooking, you take two forks and pull apart the meat to serve!! Yummy

Rib Rub Grind together in a mixer bowl until the ingredients are well mixed.
