BBQ Joe’s Vietnam
Papa Dave’s Rib Rub
Ribs & Pork Shoulder
2 cups sugar (Brown sugar)
1/4 cup paprika (I prefer Hungarian spicy)
2 teaspoon chili powder (Thai Chili … adjust to your “heat” level)
1/2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper
1/2 cup salt (Rock salt)
2 teaspoon black pepper (I prefer course)
1 teaspoon garlic (powder)
Grind together in a RX mixer bowl until the ingredients are well mixed. Can use a blender and I typically grind up a “batch” at a time and have on hand in an air-tight container.
In honor of my father … Dave Brennan … who I watched growing up gilling a BBQ on the back patio.
